How do I apply for a DottedI Membership Card?
Applying for the DottedI Membership Card is simple.Follow the link given below and simply add your membership card plan to your cart. Proceed to make your payment online. Your Membership card code will be activated once you get an email with a unique Code receive a welcome email confirming your membership. This code can be used upto 10 times a month across 6 months from purchase date. ( stop gap at 100 times a year)
Can I cancel my DottedI membership card?
You can opt out of the Membership card plan scheme any time. However, please note that we do not offer any refunds on the membership itself.
I want to return my products.
You can still return your products like all our other customers if the Team finds proper grounds or will replace .Becoming a member only adds the amazing membership benefits to your account. Please refer to the Returns and refunds section on this page.
How do I get the membership card prices on products?
Once you are a Dottedi card member, each time you insert that unique code, the special pricing is automatically applied to your bag. Please ensure that you are logged in from the registered member account.
Can I use COD option for my orders?
Nope, unfortunately that’s not integrated yet. However as a special member , we can make an exception, so connect with your foot soldiers.
Do I need to save my card details with DottedI to become a Membership Card member?
Your email with have the code, however you can save it on a handy device such as your phone.
